After pursuing a degree in business administration, Chef Will Mathias pursued his passion for cooking by attending the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. In his 25+ year career he has worked in various restaurants in Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, New York, and Connecticut before settling in Bucks County in 1989.
